Q.WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?
A.We are open 7 days a week. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our phone number is (888) 499-5699.
Q.WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR RENTING A DUMPSTER?
A.We accept the following methods of payment: Major Credit/Debit Cards, Money Order, Cash, or Check.
Q.HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER MY DUMPSTER?
A.A 24-hour advance notice is needed to allow for scheduling. However, we may be able to deliver a dumpster the same-day if your order is received before noon. In this case, you would need to contact our Customer Service department at (888) 499-5699 to ask for the availability of a dumpster.
Q.WHO DO I CALL IF I NEED AN EMERGENCY DELIVERY OF A DUMPSTER?
A.Call our Customer Service department at (888) 499-5699. Emergency services are available based on location. Extra charges will occur.
Q.WHAT IF I AM NOT READY FOR THE DELIVERY OF THE DUMPSTER I SCHEDULED?
A.If we have already left our facility to deliver your dumpster, a trip charge will occur based on the location in addition to the cost of the dumpster.
Q.WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE THE DELIVERY DATE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
A.Please call customer service at 888-499-5699 to make changes to your order. You may change the date of delivery up to 24 hours prior to the delivery. If you have rented your dumpster via credit card and would like to cancel your order, Rubber Wheels Dumpster reserves the right to charge 10% of your total cost and will refund the difference to your credit card.
Q.HOW LONG IS THE DUMPSTER RENTAL PERIOD?
A.The rental period is 5 days. If the dumpster is kept for longer than 5 days there we be an additional charge of $25 per day.
Q.WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF A DUMPSTER RENTAL?
A.The quoted price includes a one-time delivery and pick-up for the dumpster and associated fuel and taxes. Additional charges will occur for extended rental periods, relocation of a dumpster and over-weight and/or over-height limits. Additional charges will be invoiced and due within 7 days of the container being picked up.
Q.HOW DO I DECIDE WHAT SIZE DUMPSTER TO CHOOSE?
A.Dumpster sizes are measured in CUBIC YARDS. For example, a LARGE BOX measuring 36" x 36" holds the volume of one cubic yard. So a 10 yard dumpster holds the contents of 10 large boxes. To make your size choice easier, we have converted our dumpster sizes to the equivalent number of pickup truck loads:
10-YD Dumpster ~ 4 Pickup Truck Loads
15-YD Dumpster ~ 6 Pickup Truck Loads
20-YD Dumpster ~ 8 Pickup Truck Loads
Q.HOW MUCH WEIGHT CAN I PUT IN THE DUMPSTER?
A.10-YD Dumpster: 2 tons (4,000 pounds)
15-YD Dumpster: 2.5 tons (5,000 pounds)
20-YD Dumpster: 3 tons (6,000 pounds)
